The Emerging Leaders Advancement Project, a youth mentorship initiative of ICLM is an outreach programme to academic institutions with a commitment to inspiring and equipping the next generation of leaders with positive values: i.e character, competence, and drive needed to influence their socio-economic, political and religious pursuit, as well as mobilizing them to drive positive change through value-based leadership, innovation, and service. This campaign seeks to ignite a passion for purpose-driven impact among young and emerging leaders by fostering spiritual growth, personal development, and a deep sense of social responsibility.

The programme is conceptualized on infallible principles of life with the aim of discovering, galvanizing and developing young destinies to fulfil their purposes in life. It is a practical forum where Secondary/University Students, young Graduates, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and young business leaders aspiring for greatness are inspired to transform their dreams into reality.

Through strategic engagement, the initiative aims to raise a generation of transformational leaders who will become change agents for societal and institutional excellence.
