ICLM Christian Ministerial Leadership is a faculty of the Institute designed to equip individuals and Church Ministers/Workers for effective ministry and leadership in various contexts. The faculty which operates in partnership with Lighthouse Leadership University Universal College and Seminary aims to produce well-rounded, effective, and spirit-led ministers who can make positive impact in their communities and the world.
