ICLM Management Board

The Management Board of ICLM is the highest decision-making organ of the Institute. It comprises tested professionals in various fields of human endeavour in their capacity as Statutory Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors by invitation. Members of the eleven-member Board are:

APOSTLE EMMANUEL EDUONGO, FCLMI, FCAI, ANIPR

National President / Director General

Apostle Emmanuel Eduongo, born over five decades ago in Utit Uruan, Uruan LGA of Akwa Ibom State holds a Master Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Uyo. He is also a graduate of Communication Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and a holder of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism from International Institute of Journalism, Abuja, OND from Plateau School of Accountancy and Management Studies, Jos and Advanced Certificate in Leadership and Management from Talent Business School, Uyo. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Christian Leadership, Ministry & Theology.

Apostle Eduongo is a Civil Servant attached to Office of the State Auditor General and an ordained Apostle in the body of Christ/Area Superintendent in The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Uyo Field where he is equally serving as:

  • Director, Media and Public Affairs
  • Vice Chairman, Akwa Ibom State Territorial Media Committee
  • Secretary of the National Media Committee
  • Member of the Literature Committee

With his wealth of experience in the Media profession, he has over the years consulted for strategic government Ministries, organizations and Prominent individuals in Akwa Ibom State and beyond on Media matters.

He has also been the publisher of:

  • Global Newstrend Newspaper (2000- 2020),
  • Newstrend Who’s Who in Akwa Ibom State (2005/2012)
  • PANLEDA Magazine (2005-2018)

As a seasoned Editor/Publisher, he has edited The Apostolic Church Gospel Herald newspaper and Glorious Mandate Magazine among others and as a renowned author, Apostle Eduongo has to his credit over nine tested religious and Leadership books, alongside many others that he has edited and published for other individuals and organizations.

Apostle Eduongo, is a Certified Leadership Coach/Public Speaker (CLCPS), who is widely travelled. He has attended several certificated conferences, seminars and workshops on Leadership, Public Relations, Journalism and Auditing/Accounting.

Prior to his  present status as a Leadership Coach, he has undergone practical tutelage from:

  • Trades and Industrial Promotion Services – TIPS (a Management Consultancy/Business Promotion outfit), Calabar: 1985-1986
  • Intact Marketing Services (a Management/Marketing Consultancy Firm) – Uyo: 1988 – 1992
  • United Nations Development Programmes (UNDP) Capacity Building Programmes: 1995-1998.
  • Lead Facilitator/Convener of Newstrend Annual Leadership & Entrepreneurship Conference – 2002 – 2016, an initiative which later gave birth to the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship.

Also, this visionary and pragmatic media colossus with his over twenty-five years journalistic experience by qualification and practice, has written over three hundred (300) incisive and thought-provoking articles (editorials/features) in business, politics, education, socio-economic and contemporary issues.

He is a multiple Award recipient, including Pillar of Success by The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Uyo Field and a Jerusalem Pilgrim/Tourism Ambassador of Israel. Professionally, he is a registered Member, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ); Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR); Fellow, Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria and Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship, while also serving as a Governing Council member with Ibom College of Natural Medicine, and Grand Patron to Harmonic Voices Chorale Int’l, among others.

DR. (MRS) ROSALYN E. ESSIEN, FCLMI

National Vice President

Dr. Rosalyn Enefiok Essien is a Director of Administration in Akwa Ibom State Civil Service (GL.16), currently serving in the Local Government Service Commission. She is a licensed Human Resource Manager, a Chartered Mediator, a Dispute Resolution Specialist and a United Nations Ambassador for Peace.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA Hons) in English from the University of Uyo, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Peace and Conflict Studies, a Masters Degree (MA) in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Peace and Conflict Studies. Additionally, she holds an MBA on Project Management from Win Institute for Gender Studies (WIGS) in collaboration with the West Africa Institute for Public Administration, Accra, Ghana.

Dr. Rosalyn Essien is the Chairman of the Akwa Ibom State Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and the Vice President of Administrative Officers Forum, Akwa Ibom State. She is the National Vice President of Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship, and a member of the Advisory Board of Institute of Information Management, Africa.

Additionally, she is a member, patron and fellow in many professional organizations some of which are:

Dr. Rosalyn Essien has served in many Ministries in Akwa Ibom State Civil Service, starting from State Primary Education Board (SUBEB) where she was the pioneer Desk Officer for NAPTIP, Ministries of Education, Agriculture, Housing and Urban Renewal, Labour and Productivity, to the Deputy Governor’s Office, where she was Secretary of an ad hoc Committee on Boundaries formed by the State Government, and currently the Local Government Service Commission.

She has attended several trainings on Leadership and Mentorship in many countries which include: United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, Kenya, United Arab Emirate, Ghana, Gambia and South Africa and Mauritius. She has published peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals and two books on conflict management: Academic Staff Union of Universities and Industrial Action in Nigeria. 1978-2015, and Conflict management in the University of Uyo from 1991. She was the President of University Women Association from 2015 to 2020; Matron, University of Uyo Centre for Gender Studies and Matron, Conference of University Women Organization (CUWO)

Dr. Rosalyn Essien has received many awards, certificates and honours. She has received over forty awards including the chieftaincy title of Eka Idorenyin Uyo, conferred on her in 2019 by the His Royal Majesty the Paramount Ruler of Uyo.

Dr. Rosalyn Essien is a Christian. She is married to Professor Enefiok Essien, a Professor of Law, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and the immediate past Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Uyo, and together they have children.

ELDER EZEKIEL E. UDOFIA, FCLMI

Executive Director

Elder Ezekiel Efiok Udofia is a seasoned Tax Administrator and Business Executive, Born over six decades ago, Elder Udofia attended the Polytechnic, Calabar (HND); University of Uyo, B.Sc (Hons) Econs and Federal University of Technology, Owerri  for his MBA. He has also attended several short courses including Executive Diploma in Management Consultancy; UNDP/NPN sponsored workshop on Financial Management; FIRS/JTB Intermediate and Final Courses in Tax Administration for Inspectors of Taxes; Joint Executive Development Course for Senior Treasury, Audit and Internal Revenue Staff; Advance Financial Management Course (ASCON); International Course in Management and Development of NGOs (GIMI, Israel).

Careerwise, Elder Udofia who started work as a Tax Clerk, Board of Internal Revenue, Calabar, 1976 rose to the pinnacle of his career as Chairman/Chief Executive of the Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service where he retired meritoriously in 2011. Prior to his accension to the peak of his career, he has been Secretary, AKS Internal Revenue Service, 1997-2004; Head, Directorate of Collection, 2004-2008; Head, Directorate of Assessment, 2008-2010 and Acting Chairman/Chief Executive, AKS Internal Revenue Service, 2010.

Elder Udofia is Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; Member, Nigeria Institute of Management.; Certified National Accountant; Member, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria; Certified Management Trainer and Consultant (CMD) as well as Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship.

In his Civil Servi days, he was the Coordinator (Akwa Ibom and Cross River), National Association of Tax Administrators in Nigeria (NATAN, 2002-2004), Secretary, Uyo and District Society of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN, 2006-2010)

DCNS. MRS MFON E. EDEM, MCLMI

Executive Director

Mrs. Mfon Emmanuel Edem, JP is an astute administrator by profession, holding dual HND qualifications in Accounting and Public Administration. She currently serves as a Principal Executive Officer in the Akwa Ibom State Unified Local Government System.

She is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship and also holds the role of Executive Director at the institute.

She has attended many service-oriented courses as well as certificated leadership and mentorship Courses.

In her leisure time, she finds joy in reading, creating content, and singing. Mrs. Edem is happily married to Apostle Emmanuel Eduongo and blessed with five children.

MRS. ENOBONG U. ARCHIBONG, B. ED, MCLMI

Executive Director

A renowned, enthusiastic and highly acclaimed Counsellor with more than 15years of cumulative professional and teaching experience. Trained on Guidance and Counselling at the University of Uyo. She has also served as a school Counsellor for years.

PASTOR (PROF.) EMMANUEL A. ADUAH, FCLMI

Non-Executive Director

Pastor Prof. Aduah hails from Ibiaku Ntok Okpo, Ikono LGA, Akwa Ibom State. Born on 17th April 1964. He holds a B. Sc Degree in Accounting from University of Calabar, a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Marketing from Imo State University, Owerri; a Master’s Degree in Theology and Biblical Studies from The Apostolic Church Bible College and Seminary (ACBC&S) – Calabar – 2016; Postgraduate Degree (PGD) in Theology from The Apostolic Bible College (ABC) – Obot Idim Nsit – Akwa Ibom State-2011.

He also holds two Doctorate Degrees in Expository Preaching and Ministry; and Leadership and Church Management from Yeshua International University – Oklahoma USA; He was appointed a Professor of Theology by The Governing Board of Yeshua International University and Seminary- Oklahoma U.S.A. in November 2023. In 2024, Pastor Prof. Aduah was awarded the “Best Researched Professor” Yeshua International University – Oklahoma USA, thus admitting him into the “Hall of Fame” of the University and printing his name in a gold coin which is a crowning achievement symbolizing his dedication to academic excellence. He has just been appointed a Liaison Officer for Diaspora Students and A Director of Research and Strategy at Yeshua International University- England.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ACIMN).  Pastor Prof. Aduah has recently retired from Banking after 34 years’ experience at senior level. His experience cuts across Afribank, (now Polaris bank), Standard Trust bank (now UBA Plc) and Ecobank Nigeria Limited – a one -time Head of Public Sector in Akwa Ibom / Cross River region.

He was called to Eldership in Tin he Apostolic Church Nigeria December 1995, an Assistant Pastor on April 4, 2021 and ordained as a full -time Minister on April 30, 2023. His pedigree reveals that he has served the in many capacities including:

  1. A member of the Governing Council of the Apostolic Church Bible College & Seminary- Calabar. (An Assistant Secretary)
  2. A member of the Calabar Field Education Management Board.
  3. A member of the Management Committee of the Bible College & Seminary.
  4. Coordinator of The Association of Christian Theologians, Cross-River State.

He taught Evangelism/Discipleship and Youth Ministry in the School of Ministry- ACBCS- Calabar, which he initiated. Pastor Prof. Aduah has been an inspiring Preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a Youth Evangelist with a passion.

Pastor Prof. Aduah has written many books viz: Youth Companion Vol. 1; Ministers’ Children- Apostolic Legacy; Practical ways of improving on Christian Education in our  local Assemblies, “An Elder and the Gospel” and “Mistaken Humility”- A critical Examination of our claims. Other books, Selective Holiness; The Church Officer, Bible Studies for Young Christians. Tithes, Tithing and its Obligatory Nature are on the production path. He has sent 10 articles for publication in International Journal. Married to Deaconess Mary Emmanuel and the marriage is blessed with 3 boys and 3 girls –Godly children.

APOSTLE MFON J. UDOMA, FCA, FCLMI

Non-Executive Director

Apostle Mfon Jacobson Udomah holds a National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, and a Bachelor of Science Degree, 2nd Class Upper Division in Accounting from the University of Uyo, Uyo.

He is a consummate professional, whose experience cuts across both private and public sectors of the economy. He commenced his professional career with Knight Frank & Rutley Nigeria, Uyo (1990 – 1993) and Umana Udoh & Co., (Chartered Accountants), Uyo (1998 – 2000), where he garnered requisite professional training and skills that better served his career goals. He joined the Akwa Ibom State Civil Service in 2000 and currently, he is the Director in charge of Funds Directorate in the Office of the Accountant General, Uyo. He has headed many departments and also served on many Committees as chairman or member at different times.

He has a proven track record of accomplishments in Administration, Finance and Accountancy. He has also attended various courses in Business, Leadership, Human Capacity Development and Entrepreneurial courses in various high-profile institutions in Nigeria and overseas including Canadian University Dubai (CUD), United Arab Emirates, PricewaterhouseCoopers (UK), UNITAR, Nigeria, etc.

Mfon Udomah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) AND Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadeship and Mentorship (ICLM).

He hails from Okon Town, Ikot Abasi Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. He is happily married to Deaconess Nnamso Udomah and they are blessed with Children.

REV. DAVIDSON E. ETIM, FCLMI

Director, Programmes & Trainings

Pastor Etim is an astute administrator, a good manager of persons and resources. He attended Redeemed School of Missions where he studied Missions and Global University, Missouri, Springfield. He is a minister of the gospel with the General Council of Assemblies of God, Nigeria. He is a ground breaker who has pioneered several endeavours including Schools/Colleges and Local Churches. Before he settled to work in God’s vineyard, he was the Principal Partner, Nimvats Konsult and Activities Director/ Chief Executive Director (C.E.D), Demaky Ventures. He consulted for Osebert Integrated Limited and several Oil and Gas Contractors.

He has worked as a Business Manager to a number of organizations. He started as a marketer of both composite commodities and services including tangibles and intangibles. Presently, he is the National Director and the State Coordinator, University People Organization and in the Board of Trustees of Newhope Agricultural and Economic Initiative of Nigeria. He is the founder of WRIT Foundation. He is married with children.

PRINCE NDAEYO NYAUDO INUAEYEN, MCLMI

Director, Special Projects & Events

Prince Ndaeyo Nyaudo Inuayen was born on September 24, 1973, into the Royal Family of the Late Edidem Nyaudo Inuayen in Ikot Offrong Village, Nkari Clan, Ini Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.

He began his educational journey at Methodist Primary School, Nkari, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1983. Continuing his quest for knowledge, Prince Ndaeyo attended Lutheran High School, Ikot Obong Edong, earning his West African Examination Certificate in 1989. He furthered his secondary education at Community Secondary School, Nkari, where he obtained his West African Senior School Certificate in 1993.

For his tertiary education, Prince Ndaeyo enrolled at the University of Uyo, graduating in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 1999. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and a Master of Public Administration, both earned in 2015 from the University of Uyo.

As a seasoned administrator, Prince Ndaeyo’s professional expertise includes personnel management and administration, strong communication skills, organizational competence, office management, traditional rulers council management, ethics and administration, protocol management, legislative proceedings and operations, community leadership and management, traditional rulers council laws and operations, event planning and management, and security management.

Prince Ndaeyo is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, a member of Akwa Esop Imaisong Ibibio, and the Chancellor of the Peace and Unity Advocacy Foundation.

In his leisure time, Prince Ndaeyo enjoys playing football, reading, and offering community and humanitarian services to contribute to the betterment of society.

BARR. INYENE IBE-BASSEY, FCLMI

Legal Adviser

Inyene S. Ibe-Bassey graduated with LLB degree Second Class Honors (Upper Division) from the University of Uyo in 2007 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar Association in 2008. He started his pupilage in Advocacy Advisors before transferring his services to Consolex Legal Practitioners (now CLP Legal) in 2009 where he rose to the position of Senior Associate. In recognition of his legal expertise, His Excellency, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, appointed him as the Pioneer Legal Adviser, Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service on 5th December 2018 where he serves till date.

Inyene Ibe-Bassey’s area of expertise are: Tax Law, Property Tax, Corporate Finance and Corporate Restructuring. He has advised several Multi-National Companies, commercial and financial institutions and had been involved in negotiating and structuring several financial institutions and transactions and and preparing documentations in respect thereof.

Inyene Ibe-Bassey has made several publications in renowned Journals. Some of his publications are: Effects of Debts Burden on the Development of Nigeria; Tax as a Civic Obligation: Legal Implications for Tax Evasion, The Bases of Bank-Customer Relationship in Nigeria, Intoxication and Criminal Responsibility in Nigeria, among others. He is the Founder of Freshland Attorneys, a Law Firm known for qualitative and professional service delivery. He has attended several seminars and conferences and received several awards.

Inyene Ibe-Bassey is a member of Nigerian Bar Association. He is a Member of NBA Committee on Continuing Legal Education 2014-2016, a Member of NBA LoC, Uyo 2017. He is currently the Pioneer Legal Adviser/Head Legal Department, Akwa Ibom State Internal Revenue Service. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship and Legal Adviser of the Institute.

He is happily married to Deaconess Ndifreke Inyene Ibe-Bassey and the marriage is blessed with four God-fearing children.

MS EMEDIONG EDEM, MCLMI

Acting Registrar

Ms. Emediong Edem holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Obong University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in International History and Diplomacy at the University of Uyo.

She is a seasoned writer, skilled editor, public speaker, and author with a deep passion for storytelling and helping individuals find their voice through the written word. With her unique ability to transform ideas into compelling narratives, she has worked across various industries, collaborating with authors, entrepreneurs, and organizations to create stories that deeply connect with readers and audiences.

Ms. Edem is the Lead Creative Writer and Editor at the Gillman Immigration Law Firm in Minnesota, U.S. She is the Creative Director of The Hustle Space, a ghostwriting and editing agency she founded in 2023. In addition, she is the Acting Registrar of the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship, a position she assumed on June 12, 2024. She is also a fully inducted member of the institute (MCLMI).

Committed to excellence, she has completed numerous onsite and online courses in leadership and writing to continually hone her craft. Known for her ability to blend creativity with clarity, Ms. Edem produces polished and engaging content across fiction, nonfiction, and business genres.

As a dynamic public speaker, Ms. Edem has a unique talent for inspiring and engaging audiences with her insights on personal development, creativity, and effective communication. Her talks at conferences and workshops leave audiences motivated, equipped, and ready to take action.
