DR. (MRS) ROSALYN E. ESSIEN, FCLMI

Director, Leadership Coaching Certification Programmes

Dr. Rosalyn Enefiok Essien is a Director of Administration in Akwa Ibom State Civil Service (GL.16), currently serving in the Local Government Service Commission. She is a licensed Human Resource Manager, a Chartered Mediator, a Dispute Resolution Specialist and a United Nations Ambassador for Peace.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA Hons) in English from the University of Uyo, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Peace and Conflict Studies, a Masters Degree (MA) in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Peace and Conflict Studies. Additionally, she holds an MBA on Project Management from Win Institute for Gender Studies (WIGS) in collaboration with the West Africa Institute for Public Administration, Accra, Ghana.

Dr. Rosalyn Essien is the Chairman of the Akwa Ibom State Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and the Vice President of Administrative Officers Forum, Akwa Ibom State. She is the National Vice President of Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship, and a member of the Advisory Board of Institute of Information Management, Africa.

Dr. Rosalyn Essien has served in many Ministries in Akwa Ibom State Civil Service, starting from State Primary Education Board (SUBEB) where she was the pioneer Desk Officer for NAPTIP, Ministries of Education, Agriculture, Housing and Urban Renewal, Labour and Productivity, to the Deputy Governor’s Office, where she was Secretary of an ad hoc Committee on Boundaries formed by the State Government, and currently the Local Government Service Commission.

She has attended several trainings on Leadership and Mentorship in many countries which include: United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, Kenya, United Arab Emirate, Ghana, Gambia and South Africa and Mauritius. She has published peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals and two books on conflict management: Academic Staff Union of Universities and Industrial Action in Nigeria. 1978-2015, and Conflict management in the University of Uyo from 1991. She was the President of University Women Association from 2015 to 2020; Matron, University of Uyo Centre for Gender Studies and Matron, Conference of University Women Organization (CUWO)

Dr. Rosalyn Essien has received many awards, certificates and honours. She has received over forty awards including the chieftaincy title of Eka Idorenyin Uyo, conferred on her in 2019 by the His Royal Majesty the Paramount Ruler of Uyo.

Dr. Rosalyn Essien is a Christian. She is married to Professor Enefiok Essien, a Professor of Law, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and the immediate past Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Uyo, and together they have children.

PASTOR (PROF.) EMMANUEL A. ADUAH, FCLMI

Dean, Christian Ministerial Leadership Development

Pastor Prof. Emmanuel Akpan Aduah hails from Ibiaku Ntok Okpo in Ikono Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. He is the District Secretary of the Apostolic Church- Edim Otop District -Calabar Field; The Bursar of ACBC&S – Calabar and The Calabar Field Youth Secretary.    He teaches Evangelism/Discipleship and Youth Ministry in the School of Ministry.

Called to Eldership in December 1995, Elder Aduah has been an inspiring Preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a Youth Evangelist with a passion.

Holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting from University of Calabar, a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Marketing from Imo State University, Owerri and a Postgraduate Degree ( PGD) in Theology from The Apostolic Bible College (ABC) – Obot Idim Nsit – Akwa Ibom State. He has defended his master’s thesis at The Apostolic Church Bible College and Seminary –Calabar for the award of Master’s Degree in Theology (MA.TH). He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ACIMN). Elder Aduah has recently retired from Banking after 34 years experience at senior level. His experience cuts across Afribank, (now Skye bank), Standard Trust bank (now UBA plc) and Ecobank Nigeria Limited – a one-time Head of Public Sector in Akwa Ibom / Cross River region.

Pastor Aduah has written four (4) books viz: Youth Companion Vol. 1; Ministers’ Children- Apostolic Legacy; Practical ways of improving on Christian Education in our local Assemblies and “An Elder and the Gospel”.

Married to Deaconess Mary Emmanuel and the marriage is blessed with 3 boys and 3 girls –Godly children.

DR. (MRS) ALICE GABRIEL ETUK, FCLMI

Director, Women In Leadership Conference

Dr. (Mrs.) Alice Gabriel Etuk is a distinguished educationist and minister of the word of Jesus Christ, born on January 1, 1967, in Ito, Odukpani LGA, Cross River State, Nigeria. She is a devoted wife, though her husband, Elder (Hon.) Barrister Gabriel J. Etuk, has passed away. Alice is a mother of five biological children and a proud Christian leader.

With a robust academic background in Home Economics, Alice holds a BSc, MSc Ed, PGDE, and PhD. She currently serves as Vice Principal at the Akwa Ibom State Secondary Education Board. Her leadership prowess extends beyond the academic sphere, as she holds various positions in church and professional organizations, including President of Women Fellowship and International Vice President of Voice of Women in Nigeria Leadership Initiative.

Alice is a prolific writer, with four international journal publications, eighteen national journal publications, three book chapters, and two books to her credit. Her publications showcase her expertise in Home Economics and Education. She has also attended numerous conferences and seminars, both locally and internationally.

Her dedication to her work has earned her three awards, including the Award for Selfless Services from Action Against Child Sexual and Gender-Based Violence. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship (ICLM), a testament to her commitment to excellence in leadership.

Through her work and publications, Alice continues to inspire and empower individuals, making a lasting impact in her community and beyond.

ELDER (ENGR.) NDOTENYIN KINGSLEY EKANEM, FCLMI

Director, Entrepreneurship & Skills Development Programmes

Born 27th August, 1981 in Aba Itiat Ukwok, Ini LGA Akwa Ibom State, Engr. Ndotenyin was educated at Government School Aka Offot, Government Vocational Training School Ewet, Uyo, Government Technical College, Ikot Ada Idem, The Polytechnic Calabar, Federal Polytechnic, Nekede and Cleaveland Institute of Electronics with a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Power/Machines) and Biomedical Instrumentation.

He is a Fellow of Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship and an ordained Elder of The Apostolic Church Nigeria.  Presently, he is the Special Adviser on Christian Religious Affairs to the Member Representing Ikono/Ini Federal constituency in the National Assembly, Abuja.

Elder Engr. Ndotenyin Kingsley Ekanem has attended ISO 9001/2015 QMS (Quality Management System) course level 1 and 2, National Oxygen Policy 2019 – 2023, 2024 – 2027, Member General Electric (GE Lagos) Garage and Data collector, Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). Voted amongst the 7 wonder of Akwa Ibom State in 2019.

As MD/CEO of Alpha 1 Technical Services and seasoned Innovator, he has attended several national and local conferences/exhibitions, where on two occasions has been a 1st Prize Winner during Akwa Ibom State Technology/Innovation Challenge, and 2nd Prize Winner, National Tecno Exhibition 2018.

Engr. Ekanem, as a renowned Inventor with Patent right of the FGN has invented the popular Alpha 1 Traffic Light used in some parts of Uyo, the capital city of Akwa Ibom State. He has also consulted to reputable national agencies in his area of engineering professionalism. He is a model to the present-day youth and is married to Mrs Nyaknoabasi Ndotenyin Kingsley with kids.

APOSTLE ANIEBIET N. ANYANG, FCLMI

Director, Mentorship Coaching Programmes

Apostle Aniebiet Ntuen Anyang is a certified Guidance Counsellor. He obtained his professional trainings at the University of Uyo where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and Brewing Technology in 2007; a Postgraduate Diploma in Education 2014 and Masters degree in Guidance and Counselling 2023. He is currently on his PhD Thesis in the same Department. He is a member of the Counselling Association of Nigeria(CASSON) and Member, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship.

Aniebiet Ntuen has also undergone his professional training and certification at the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations 2020.

He has headed the Chaplaincy and ICT Department of the Apostolic Church Theological Seminary Obot Idim Nsit between 2013 and 2016. He is currently lecturing at the Seminary since 2012 where he teaches Pastoral Counselling, Pastoral Ethics, Marriage and Family Counselling.

Apostle Aniebiet Ntuen is an astute public speaker trained at the Podium Academy of Public Speakers, Uyo.

He hails from Ikot Akpan Abia, Nsit Ubium L.G.A Akwa Ibom State is happily married to Dr. Imoh and blessed with four children –Amabo, Uwakmfon, Ake, and Anomma. He is an ordained Apostle serving with The Apostolic Church Nigeria,  Uyo Field,  Akwa Ibom State Territory.

ARC. (ELDER) DANIEL UDOENANG, FCLMI

Director, Youth Mentorship & Personal Development Programmes

Arc. (Elder) Daniel Okon Udoenang hails from Ibiaku Uruan, Uruan LGA, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is a highly accomplished architect with an extensive academic background, including an HND in Architectural Technology, a BSc and MSc in Architecture from the University of Uyo, and a PhD in Architecture currently in view.

Professionally, he is a Fellow of Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship (FCLMI), a Full Member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (F/ARCON), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA). As the CEO of Darnang International Property Development Ltd, Nigeria, he has established himself as a leader in the architectural field.

He is actively involved in various strategic roles, serving as a member of the Strategic Committee at Mudiame University, Irrua, Edo State, and the Estate and Planning Committee of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Uyo Field. His contributions have been recognized with awards such as Outstanding Member of the Planning and Implementation Committee of the Proposed Mudiame University and Ambassador of Light by The Apostolic Church Nigeria.

Arc. Udoenang is deeply passionate about mentoring and empowering young people to achieve self-sufficiency and independence, reflecting his commitment to personal and professional development.

PASTOR ENEFIOK E. PETER, FCA, FCLMI

Director, Strategic Development Planning Programmes

Enefiok Peter holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and B. Sc Business Education (Accounting) of University of Uyo. He a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICAN), Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship and Associate member of Chartered institute of Taxation, Nigeria. He is also, a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He was the Chairman of the Training Sub Committee of the Board of Insolvency and Business Recovery Board of ICAN in the 2023/2024 Presidential year. He will be formally admitted as member of Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) in October 2024.

He has thirty-two years’ experience in the provision of internal audit, external audits, taxation, risk managements as well as accountancy and business solutions services. He started his career as Auditor Grade 2 in 1991 with the Office of the Auditor General. He then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he worked for 12 years in Nigerian and Tanzanian office of the firm. His experience in PwC involved working with top tier local and foreign companies in Nigeria, South Africa and Tanzania. His last position in PwC was Manager, in charge of Port Harcourt Office of the firm.

He left PwC to join Oando Plc as Internal Controls & Audit Manager and rose to the position of Acting Head of Internal Controls & Audit. He also worked as a Senior Manager in the Global Audit & Risk function of Diageo (Guinness), working across all the continents.

Currently, he is a Senior Partner in Edem Peters & Co (Chartered Accountants) and a Managing Director in AxiaPlus Limited (a Consultancy outfit). He is currently, the Vice Chairman of ICAN Uyo and District Society.

Enefiok is a Minister of the gospel, and a regular facilitator at Philips Consulting, and other seminars/training.

DR. (MRS.) MMANTI M. B. AKPAN, FCLMI

Director, Educational Leadership & Administration Programmes

Dr Mmanti Monday Benjamin Akpan was born on 28th December 1972. She holds the following academic qualifications: Ph.D Peace and Conflict Studies; M.A History and International studies; PGD in Education; B.A(Hons) History and International studies.

Dr. Mmanti is currently with the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Uyo Study Centre as Instructional/Tutorials Facilitator and Project Supervisor in all levels. She has also taught in different Secondary Schools as well as Lecture in The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary (TACTS) where she is the immediate past Head, Directorate of Academic Affairs. She also had a brief stint with Ritman University. She loves impartation of knowledge.

She is a Public Speaker, especially on Gender issues and issues of internal and environmental conflict, peace and conflict resolution/management. Professionally, she is a Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship (FCLMI), Member, Institute of Chattered Mediators and Conciliators (MICMC), Member, Forum of Educational BenchMakers (MIFEB).

Dr. Mmanti has published many articles in different areas in various Journals, contributed books chapters in publication and has attended many conferences, Workshops/Training, where she also presented papers in some. She’s married with children.

APOSTLE MFON J. UDOMA, FCA, FCLMI

Director, Public Sector Finance Management Programmes

Apostle Mfon Jacobson Udomah holds a National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, and a Bachelor of Science Degree, 2nd Class Upper Division in Accounting from the University of Uyo, Uyo.

He is a consummate professional, whose experience cuts across both private and public sectors of the economy. He commenced his professional career with Knight Frank & Rutley Nigeria, Uyo (1990 – 1993) and Umana Udoh & Co., (Chartered Accountants), Uyo (1998 – 2000), where he garnered requisite professional training and skills that better served his career goals. He joined the Akwa Ibom State Civil Service in 2000 and currently, he is the Director in charge of Funds Directorate in the Office of the Accountant General, Uyo. He has headed many departments and also served on many Committees as chairman or member at different times.

He has a proven track record of accomplishments in Administration, Finance and Accountancy. He has also attended various courses in Business, Leadership, Human Capacity Development and Entrepreneurial courses in various high-profile institutions in Nigeria and overseas including Canadian University Dubai (CUD), United Arab Emirates, PricewaterhouseCoopers (UK), UNITAR, Nigeria, etc.

Mfon Udomah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) AND Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadeship and Mentorship (ICLM).

He hails from Okon Town, Ikot Abasi Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. He is happily married to Deaconess Nnamso Udomah and they are blessed with Children.

DR. IMAOBONG O. ANWAN, FCLMI

Director, Local Govt. Leadership & Governance Programmes

Born on August 23, 1975, ImaObong Owoidighe Anwan is a Nigerian paragon of academic and professional achievements. Her impressive educational background, extensive work experience, and diverse skill set make her a standout in her field.

Dr. Anwan’s academic journey is marked by excellence, culminating in a Ph.D. in Industrial Sociology from the University of Uyo in 2016. She also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Sociology (2010) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology (1998). Additionally, she possesses a Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE Accounting).

With over two decades of experience in local government administration, Dr. Anwan has established herself as a seasoned Administrative Officer. Her tenure at the Unified Local Government Service, spanning from 2001 to the present, has seen her hold various positions, including Secretary, Schedule Officer, and Desk Officer. Her expertise has been sought after by renowned organizations such as the World Bank and UNDP, with whom she has collaborated on numerous projects.

She has attended several local, national and international courses on Leadership, administration, Personnel Management and Environmental and Social Safe-Guard Policy for the Implementation of Third National FADAMA Development Project. Her skill set is a testament to her versatility and dedication.

She excels in administration, community development, research, and leadership, making her an invaluable asset to any organization. Her passion for community development is evident in her hobbies, which include reading, singing, and community service.

DR. GODWIN AKPAN, FCLMI

Director, Executive Professional Communication Programmes

Dr. Godwin Akpan was born some four decades ago at Sabon Gari, Kano State. He attended Central Primary School, Mompai, Kano state from 1976-1981, African Church Secondary School, Oku Iboku from 1982-1988, Universities of Uyo and Calabar between 1991-2013, He holds a BA (Hons) English, PGDBA, PGDE, MA (English), MBA, Ph.D (English) with specialty in Discourse Stylistics.

He did his NYSC at the Nnokwa Community Secondary School, Idemili, Anambra State from 1996-1997. He joined the services Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua in 2000-2008. Transferred his service to the COE, Afaha Nsit. Part-time Lecturer, IMFI in 2008-2010.

He went to Israel in 2013 to do a post-doctoral in Management and Conflict Resolution. In 2016-2017, he attended the Graduate Institute, Ghana where he obtained a Diploma in Social Works. His interest in the propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ propelled him to take up a course in The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary, Obot Idim Nsit where he is currently doing his Masters Degree in Church Administration and Management. 

Dr. Akpan has taught many courses to both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He supervised several undergraduate projects he has also presented many conference papers and published several articles in both local and international journals. He has written many books: Aspects of the English Grammer-2009, Understanding Communication Skills – 2008, Issues of Languages studies-2007, Effective Communication: Structure & Language Skills-2005, Effective Communication: an approach to writing -2005, Exiles 2003, Weep my child-2003, the Abandoned-2001, The crowded Corridor- 2001.

He is a member of Linguistic Association of Nigeria, Fellow Institute of Policy Management Development, Fellow Chartered Institute of Public Management., and Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship.

He is also a Member Uyo Field Education Management Board, TACN; Member Academic Board, The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary and Chairman Committee on 2020 Refresher Course for Apostles, Pastors and Officers TACN among others. Akpan was in 2018 appointed by His Excellency, Deac. Udom Emmanuel as the focal person on Social Investment Programmes.

PASTOR SAMUEL S. EKPENYONG, MCLMI

Coordinator, Christian Leaders’ Empowerment Conference

Pastor Samuel Sunday Ekpenyong, a native of Abiakpo Ikot Ukam in Obot Akara LGA, Akwa Ibom State, is a multifaceted individual with a diverse range of expertise. As the MD/CEO of GIBTF Hospitality Service Limited, he has made a significant impact in the hospitality industry. Pastor Ekpenyong holds a degree in Sociology/Anthropology from the Federal University of Uyo and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Public Order and Information Management at the same institution.

His professional credentials include being a Certified and Licensed Safety Officer, as well as an Ambassador of Peace and Security, recognized by Kingsland Humanitarian in Abuja. He has also received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Divinity. Pastor Ekpenyong is a member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship, Hospitality Consultants and Managers Association of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Practitioners Association.

In addition to his business and academic pursuits, Pastor Ekpenyong is a gifted Counsellor, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, and Trainer. He also has expertise in Data Analysis and plays an advisory role on several organizational boards. His dedication and hard work have earned him numerous awards from reputable groups.

As the presiding pastor of Divine Covenant Christian Center International, Pastor Ekpenyong is a spiritual leader and mentor to many. He is happily married to Mkpoikanke Samuel Ekpenyong, and their union is blessed with three Godly children. Through his various endeavors, Pastor Ekpenyong continues to make a positive impact in his community and beyond.

PROF. PETER ESUH, FCLMI

Dean, Centre for Advanced Research & Development

Peter Esuh, a Professor of Corporate and Marketing Communications and Applied Rhetoric is the Dean, Faculty of Communication & Media Studies, University of Uyo. He is also the Chairman, Akwa Ibom Land Use and Allocation Committee. He obtained his PhD in Mass Communication, majoring in Advertising and Public Relations in 2001 and has taught in the university for more than 25 years. Prof. Esuh has been consistently listed in Archiever’s Who’s Who in Nigeria for more than a decade and is the State Coordinator, International Institute of Journalism (2004 till date).

Prof Peter Esuh, who was recently appointed a Pastor in The Apostolic Church Nigeria holds membership of several professional bodies and has published more than 50 papers in local and international journals. He has also presented papers in local and international conferences. He is married and blessed with children.

DR. ANIETIE JOHN ATAI, FCLMI

Director, Centre for Advanced Research & Development

Elder Anietie Atai holds a Ph.D in Political science/International Relations from the University of Uyo, Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Calabar and B.Sc (Government and Public Administration) from Abia State University. A reputable Stock Broker of about two decades of operation, Dr. Atai has a research orientation in political leadership with focus on strategic human development and social equality. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers and Collegiate Association, Department of Political Science, University of Uyo and Fellow, Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship. His work experience cuts across the academia and the political spheres where he recently served as Secretary, Etinan Local Government Council, Akwa Ibom State.
