ICLM Strategic Events
The Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship hosts strategic Events which provides regular opportunities for leaders, managers/administrators, entrepreneurs and aspiring youths who constitute our teeming members/clients to develop and build their capacity.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS & INVESTITURE
ICLM Executive Leadership Masterclass and investiture is a quarterly grand event held in designated cities to train all aspiring inductees into any of the membership categories of the Institute with the requisite knowledge in leadership. It focuses on career advancement, leadership development, knowledge improvement and expertise development in selected fields, as well as networking with peers and professionals.
At the end of the programme, participants are inducted either into the prestigious Distinguished Fellowship, Fellowship, Fellow Mentor, Member or Associate, category based on their qualification and work experience.
Those aspiring for Doctoral Fellow or Honorary Doctorate in Leadership (Honoris Causa) must, in addition to their participation in the Masterclass present a well-researched position paper on leadership.
Note: All Honorary Degrees are awarded in partnership with well accredited Institutions within and outside the country.
ICLM CONVOCATION & GRADUATION CEREMONIES
ICLM convocation and graduation ceremonies are the end of Course/Certification platform for various participants to ICLM short Courses/Programmes. The ceremony involves several key elements designed to celebrate the achievements of the graduates, reflect on their journey, and inspire them for the future and is often organized with a lecture.
ICLM POLICY EVALUATION & ADVOCACY FORUM
ICLM Policy Evaluation and Advocacy Forum (PEAF) is a non-political socio-economic Think-Tank of reputable industry leaders, technocrats, socio-economic activists and seasoned professionals put together by our Institute to monitor, evaluate and contribute to public policy formulation through strategic town hall decisions, advocacy and regular dialogue with relevant government agencies to bring about positive change, promote accountability and transparency, drive development and improve lives.
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
ICLM Continuing Professional Development Programme, is a quarterly mandatory converge for leaders, managers and administrators, designed to improve performance, refresh, re-equip, re-ignite passion and sharpen leadership, administrative and managerial skills of members and non-members working in organizations for optimum goal attainment. Our target participants cut across the public, private sector, the Church community, University/other educational community and Non-Governmental Organizations. At the end of the programme, certificate of participation is given to attendees.
IN-HOUSE TRAININGS, SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS & CONSULTANCY
As a way of achieving the objects of its establishment, ICLM is also committed to packaging regular in-house trainings, seminars, workshops and retreats to Leaders and CEO’s as well as Consultancy Services to individuals/corporate organizations in the areas of leadership/management development, administration, entrepreneurship and mentorship.
