The Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship partners with international bodies to attach credibility, elevate its training standards, enrich programme contents, enhance leadership capacity, promote ethical leadership standards, foster innovation through knowledge exchange to attain global relevance, and ensure that its certifications and training align with internationally recognized best practices.
On the strength of this, ICLM is pleased to announced its admission as a full active member of the prestigious International Association of Colleges and Universities (IACU). This official approval marks a significant milestone for our Institute, integrating it into a global network committed to transforming education through collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
We also have a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Federation of Private Universities (IFPU). This agreement represents a fundamental milestone in advancing cross-border educational collaboration and strengthening quality assurance within the global academic landscape as well as ensuring that institutions maintain the highest levels of educational excellence.
This five-year MOU establishes a comprehensive framework for deep cooperation between both organizations. Its primary objective is to foster reciprocal validation of academic qualifications and accreditation processes, as well as to drive joint promotional activities that benefit their respective networks of institutions
Furthermore, the endorsement of our Academic Quality, Institutional Integrity and Administrative Responsibility by Christian Accreditation Council and Standards Commission (CACSCOM), Nigeria and United Kingdom through the Accreditation granted our organisation, ICLM empowers and validates our Diploma and Degree Programmes.
There is also a landmark partnership between the Institute of Corporate Leadership and Mentorship (ICLM), Nigeria and Appleton Private University (APU), UK, formalized through a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the Management of ICLM and APU.
The MoU emphasizes international collaboration which reflects a shared vision to foster global academic excellence, innovation, strengthen international ties and leadership development to empower global minds and shaping transformational leaders.
This strategic alliance signals a new era of impactful education, capacity building, and leadership transformation on a global scale. Together, ICLM and APU are building bridges for academic empowerment, intercultural collaboration, and visionary leadership.

We are also pleased to announce our partnership and accreditation by Lighthouse Leadership University Universal College and Seminary, a strategic collaboration that enhances the credibility, spiritual depth, and global relevance of our Christian Leadership and Ministry programmes. This partnership affirms our commitment to raising biblically grounded, ethically sound, and transformational Christian leaders for effective service in both church and society.
