The aim of Educational Leadership & Administration is to prepare and develop educational leaders who can effectively manage and lead schools, educational institutions, and systems to improve student learning, achievement, and success. The course is designed to empower school owners and school heads at the Primary and Secondary Education levels. Qualified participants are awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Leadership & Administration.
