The Centre for Advanced Research and Development is committed to innovative research and consultancy services to corporate bodies in  the areas of leadership and management development, administration, entrepreneurship and mentorship through its well articluated programmes.

At ICLM Centre for Advanced Research and Development, we facilitate Post-Graduate/Executive Post-Graduate Degrees in Business Administration, Public Administration, Educational Administration and Communication for our teeming members. The training modules, which are in line with our affiliate institutions standard are tailored  towards providing participants the agility to navigate the complexity of leading in a world of change as well as afford them the acumen to inspire high-impact ideas through purposeful enquiry, turn data into actionable insights, and multi-dimensional problem solving.

The Centre for Advanced Research and Development is a hub for knowledge, learning, and expertise development with the following functions:

Professional Networking/Skill Development

  • Hosting webinars, in-house trainings, campus tour and retreats to connect professionals, alumni, and experts.
  • Providing resources for collaboration on projects and innovations.
  • Offering training, e-learning platforms for professional growth.
  • Offering critical thinking skills to Public Officers, CEO’s, organisations, Churches Leaders, NGO Promoters etc
  • Facilitating access to tools and technologies for hands-on learning.

Research Support

  • Assisting students, faculty, and professionals with data collection and analysis.
  • Providing access to databases and software for research purposes.

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Creating an environment for group projects, brainstorming, and innovation.
  • Supporting entrepreneurship through resources like business model templates and market analysis tools.

Information Access

  • Providing access to books, journals, research papers, and digital resources related to the institute’s focus areas.
  • Serving as a repository for industry standards, policies, and guidelines.

Note: All Degrees are awarded by our partners/well accredited Institutions within and outside the country. Minimum academic qualification for admission are in accordance with the Degree awarding institutions requirements.
